Weapons Seized and Terrorists Arrested in the IDF’s Latest Counterterrorism Raid in Judea and Samaria

In an operation focused on Kafr ‘Aqab, Nablus, Sinjil, Jenin, and Qalqilya, the IDF arrested wanted individuals and seized firearms.

IDF, ISA (Shin Bet), and Border Police units carried out a widespread counterterrorism operation across Judea and Samaria last night (Tuesday into Wednesday).

During the operation, 19 wanted individuals were arrested, and seven handguns were seized during search efforts. The operation targeted multiple locations, with arrests and weapons confiscations carried out at each site to disrupt terror activity.

In Kafr ‘Aqab, within the Binyamin area, security forces conducted a targeted weapons search, seizing six handguns and arresting one suspect.

Meanwhile, in Nablus and Sinjil, part of the Shomron Sector, three wanted individuals were taken into custody, and one additional handgun was confiscated. In Jenin, in the Menashe area, three more suspects were captured. Further south, in Qalqilya, Immatain, and Bala’a, located in the Ephraim Sector, eight individuals were detained, and terror funds intended for hostile activities were seized.

The IDF emphasizes its ongoing commitment to counterterrorism operations across Judea and Samaria to protect civilians and prevent attacks.

This latest overnight operation is part of an ongoing series of security actions that have led to numerous terrorist arrests and the prevention of significant attacks in recent weeks.
