The U.S. expressed full support last night (between Monday and Tuesday) for Israel’s attack on Gaza, clarifying that Hamas, the Houthis, and Iran will bear the consequences of their actions. White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt stated to Fox News that the Israeli operation in Gaza was coordinated with the U.S. administration and that President Trump stands alongside Israel in its fight against terrorism.

“As President Trump made clear, Hamas, the Houthis, all those who  seek to terrorize not just Israel but also the United States of America will see a price to pay,” Leavitt said. “All hell will break loose… [President Trump] is not afraid to stand by our friend and ally, Israel.”

Israel Updated the U.S. in Advance
Leavitt confirmed that Israel consulted the Trump administration in advance of its intention to renew the strikes, and that the White House supports the decision. According to her, Washington is committed to ensuring Israel’s security and will not allow Hamas or any other terrorist organization to dictate the rules in the region.

Netanyahu’s Testimony Canceled; PM and Security Heads to Meet at Headquarters
The White House statement comes after U.S. envoy Steve Witkoff warned Hamas on Friday against rejecting proposals for the release of hostages: “Hamas is making a very bad bet that time is on its side. It is not. Hamas is well aware of the deadline, and should know that we will respond accordingly if that deadline passes,” Witkoff said.

U.S. Threatens Houthis and Iran
In addition to Gaza, Washington is also addressing the Houthis’ attacks in Yemen and Iranian involvement. The White House spokesperson emphasized that Trump views Iran as directly responsible for all terrorist activities in the region, including those of Hamas and the Houthis.

“The strikes against the Houthis.. were indeed successful, we took out some of their leaders and the Defense Department is set to continue with this campaign if the Houthis continue with their retaliatory measures, “Leavitt added.
