Future Generations Honor Their Protectors
A total of 250 soldiers serving at various bases throughout Israel received gift packages and greeting cards as part of the “Greetings from Home” initiative, organized by the Hadera Municipality, the Pnai Ha’ir Association, and local volunteers, in honor of Israel’s 77th Independence Day.

The annual initiative, which aims to show appreciation for soldiers from the city, included distributing packages filled with gifts and handwritten notes from family members and elementary school students in Hadera.

From the Golan Heights to the Egyptian Border
Nofer Boingo, coordinator for discharged soldiers at the city’s youth center, highlighted the importance of reaching even the most remote bases—from the Golan Heights to the Egyptian border—to express gratitude to soldiers who seldom get to see their homes.

Creative Solutions for Soldiers in Gaza
To ensure Gaza-based soldiers weren’t left out, coordinated efforts were made to deliver their packages as well—either directly into the Strip or, in cases where that wasn’t possible, to their homes through alternate means.
