Liri Albag, Karina Ariev, Daniella Gilboa, Naama Levy, and Agam Berger came to a joint decision to go back to the army, this time in a different position. According to their families, the IDF told them it was too early to make such a decision: “This is their time to heal”.

It is worth noting that Ori Megidish, who served with them and was taken hostage on the same day, returned to her duties in the intelligence division four months after she was freed from Hamas captivity by an IDF rescue operation on October 30.

The five soldiers were captured from the Nahal Oz outpost on October 7, and four of them were freed during the the first stage of the hostage exchange deal in its second round. Agam Berger was released less than a week ago in the third round of hostage releases.

Special Concert for the Released Soldiers

Today, a special concert was held for the soldiers at Beilinson Hospital, where they are currently hospitalized. The orchestra played on the lower floor, while the soldiers stood on the upper floor near the stair railing, watching the performance and singing together from a distance.
