Overnight (Wednesday to Thursday), forces from the Alexandroni Brigade (3), under the command of Division 210, completed an operation to arrest terrorists from the Hamas terrorist organization operating in the Beit Jinn area of Syria.

Based on intelligence gathered in recent weeks, IDF forces carried out a targeted nighttime raid in Syria, arresting six Hamas terrorists who were working to advance multiple terror plots against Israeli civilians and IDF personnel. The detainees were transferred to Israeli territory for further interrogation by Unit 504.

In addition, the troops located and confiscated weapons in the area, including firearms, magazines, and ammunition.

Terrorist Eliminated Under Hezbollah Guidance
Earlier this week, IDF forces eliminated a terrorist from Hezbollah, as well as another operative from the “Lebanese Brigades,” both of whom were acting under Hezbollah’s direction in the village of Shebaa in southern Lebanon. The terrorists were in possession of weapons used by Hezbollah for terrorist purposes and were conducting surveillance on IDF forces in the area.

These actions are part of a broader and ongoing series of significant operations carried out by IDF forces across all fronts.

In Gaza
IDF forces under the Southern Command continue to operate throughout the Gaza Strip as part of Operation Gideon’s Chariots, guided by the Intelligence Directorate and the ISA (Shin Bet) . In a joint intelligence and operational mission by the IDF and Shin Bet, the bodies of the late Yair Yaakov and another hostage—whose name has not yet been cleared for publication—were recovered overnight (Wednesday) from the Gaza Strip. The recovery took place in a building in Khan Younis, in southern Gaza, carried out by fighters from Division 36 under the Southern Command.

Four IDF soldiers were moderately wounded yesterday in two separate incidents in the Khan Younis area.

In recent days, the IDF has struck dozens of terror targets from the air and ground as part of the ongoing campaign against terrorist organizations.

In Judea and Samaria
IDF, Shin Bet, and Israel Police forces carried out a brigade-level operation last week that lasted about 30 hours in the Kasbah of Nablus, as part of Operation “Iron Wall” to counter terrorism in northern Samaria, the IDF Spokesperson announced this morning.

During the operation, two terrorists were killed after attempting to seize a weapon from a soldier in the Duvdevan Unit. More than 400 buildings were searched, 10 wanted suspects were arrested, and dozens of individuals were interrogated. A large amount of equipment and weapons used to manufacture improvised firearms were confiscated, including numerous magazines, a makeshift “Carlo” gun, and various incitement materials.

In Yemen: Major Strike on the Port of Hudaydah
This week, Israel struck the seaport of Hudaydah using Sa’ar 6-class missile ships from Flotilla 13 of the Israeli Navy. The IDF Spokesperson released footage from the strikes.

Two Precision Missiles – Fired from Hundreds of Kilometers Away
As part of a groundbreaking naval strike by the Israeli Navy in Yemen, two long-range precision missiles with heavy warheads were launched from hundreds of kilometers away. Until now, Israeli operations in Yemen had been carried out primarily through the Air Force; this marked the first such action conducted from the sea.

The operation, which was planned in advance, was executed by missile ships departing from the northern Red Sea, while employing stealth tactics to conceal their movement. According to the IDF, the strike targeted the port of Hodeidah, a known transfer point for large quantities of weapons to the Houthi rebels, including surface-to-surface missiles that were launched toward the southern Red Sea and Israeli territory.
