The target, referred to by Syrian officials as a “scientific research building,” is believed to be affiliated with military infrastructure. Simultaneous strikes were also reported near the Syrian military airbase known as T4, in Homs and the Hama military airport.
Ongoing Security Tensions on Northern Front

Defending Israel’s Northern Communities
Forces from the IDF 210 Division remain deployed across the Golan to secure border communities. “With views like this, it’s easy to forget we’re looking at enemy territory, but only for a moment,” said Sgt. D., a paratrooper from the 890th Battalion. “Even when things seem quiet, we stay alert. We’re operating near the border villages to prevent surprises and protect our people.”
These developments follow earlier reports of Israeli air defense intercepting rockets fired from Gaza, as the country remains on high alert across multiple fronts.
