Activists from “Tzav 9” and “Reservists for Victory” demand hostage release before any more aid crosses into Gaza Strip.

Dozens of activists from the “Tzav 9” (Order 9) and “Reservists for the Victory Generation” movements gathered Tuesday morning at the Port of Ashdod, physically blocking humanitarian aid trucks destined for Gaza. The protest halted dozens of trucks that had been loaded with supplies from UNRWA containers at the port. Protest organizers said they would continue their actions at the Kerem Shalom crossing as well.

We Will Block This Horror With Our Bodies
Ruth Ben Haim, chair of Tzav 9, declared: “Sending aid trucks to Hamas while our hostages are still in tunnels is a crime. We’ve passed 600 days since the kidnapping, and we’re still strengthening the enemy who holds them. We will block this horror with our bodies.”

No Aid Until the Hostages Come Home
Reserve Captain Omer Waldman, a leader of Reservists for Victory, added: “This is not humanitarianism — it’s national suicide. Every truck prolongs the war. Until the hostages are home, there will be no aid. We will be here every week with hundreds of reservists.”

The organizers claim that hundreds of trucks have passed through Ashdod in recent days, delivering aid “directly into Hamas’s hands” without any precondition of hostage release.
