Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu met yesterday (Monday) with Israel Defense Forces reservists as part of the “Wounded Soldiers for Victory Forum.” During the emotional and empowering gathering, Netanyahu reaffirmed his commitment to defeating the Hamas terrorist organization and declared that the IDF would act with full force in the coming days to achieve a decisive victory.
“Eliminating Hamas and freeing all our hostages — these go hand in hand. That’s how we’re doing it. In the coming days, we will go in with full force to complete the mission. Completing the mission means defeating Hamas. It means destroying Hamas,” he said.
“We’re going all the way”
Netanyahu continued: “Our forces are already there. Hamas may say, ‘Pause — we want to release another ten hostages.’ Fine, bring them. We’ll take them — and then we’ll go in. But there will be no situation in which we stop the war. A ceasefire for a limited time may be possible, but we are going all the way.”

The prime minister also addressed the topic of Gaza emigration: “We’ve established a governmental authority to enable those who want to leave, but the issue on our side is that we need host countries to receive them. That’s what we’re working on right now. If you give them the opportunity to leave, I’m telling you — more than 50% will go, and in my opinion, many more. But Hamas won’t be there.”

Support for reservists and their families
Netanyahu also used the meeting to announce a new government decision to allocate approximately 4 billion shekels to support reservists and their families: “One important thing for you to know — we’ve passed another decision, providing around 4 billion shekels in aid to reservists and also to their families, including their partners.”
