Israeli Pollster Claims Emigration Is the Key to National Security

Senior Israeli analyst and pollster Shlomo Filber addresses the events of October 7, which occurred more than 600 days ago. In his words: "Only one thing can guarantee the massacre won’t happen again."

Senior Israeli analyst and pollster Shlomo Filber said today (Thursday) that the only way to ensure that the October 7 attack is never repeated is through the emigration from Gaza policy. According to him, any future ceasefire agreement must include a clear clause on the issue.

In a post on his X account (formerly Twitter), Filber wrote: “If Trump’s word is truly his bond – he must declare that emigration is part of the final stage of any ceasefire arrangement.”

He ended the post with a decisive statement: “There is only one thing that will guarantee that October 7 does not return – emigration.”

The Witkoff Framework
Filber’s post was published in the context of the newly proposed Witkoff framework, which outlines the release of nine living hostages and 18 bodies in two stages within a week. In exchange, there would be a 60-day ceasefire to negotiate an end to the war as well as the release of terrorists held in Israeli prisons. If no agreement is reached by the end of that period, Israel could resume fighting or continue negotiations in exchange for the release of additional hostages.

Furthermore, humanitarian aid would once again be delivered to residents via the United Nations rather than the American company currently involved, and the IDF would withdraw from areas captured since the launch of Operation Strength and Sword.
