This evening (Tuesday) at the conclusion of a four-hour Security Cabinet meeting, a senior government source said that all cabinet members supported President Trump’s demand that the hostages be released by Saturday afternoon.
“Preparing for Any Scenario”
“Last night, the Prime Minister ordered reinforcements in and around Gaza, instructing IDF forces to prepare for any scenario if Hamas does not release our hostages by this coming Saturday,” the source stated in a media briefing.

Netanyahu to Adopt Two Key Aspects of Trump’s Plan
At the same time, it’s widely expected that Netanyahu will announce that Israel will soon adopt two main components of the plan presented by U.S. President Donald Trump.

According to popular belief, the Prime Minister is set to adopt Trump’s proposal regarding the relocation of Gazans to neighboring Arab countries, as well as heeding the warning Trump issued last night, stating that if the hostages are not released by Saturday afternoon, “the gates of hell will open” on Gaza.
Netanyahu also plans to reopen negotiations regarding Phases B and C of the deal, and seek new agreements that differ from the terms previously presented in the Biden administration’s proposal. Israel is also expected to push for mutual commitments from both sides to complete the current phase of the deal before moving forward with further diplomatic measures.
Thus, Israel remains steadfast in its commitment to securing the hostages’ release while intensifying pressure on Hamas. As diplomatic and military preparations continue, the government stands united in ensuring the deal is upheld and national security is protected.
