As part of ongoing operations against Hamas and other terror organizations in the Gaza Strip, Israeli Air Force fighter jets last month targeted more than 100 pickup trucks. These vehicles were used by Hamas terrorists during the October 7 massacre and later to transport operatives and weapons to combat zones. Overnight (Monday to Tuesday), bulldozers were also struck.
Israeli Air Force aircraft carried out another wave of airstrikes in Gaza, during which dozens of bulldozers and tractors used by Hamas operatives were destroyed. This was reported by journalist Hillel Biton Rosen.

Defrin emphasized that the goal of the operation is to dismantle Hamas rule and bring home all the hostages. He stressed that IDF forces are operating throughout the Gaza Strip—both above and below ground—with “determination and persistence,” as he put it.
“We are here on the Morag Axis, the corridor between the Khan Yunis and Rafah areas,” Defrin began. “The purpose of the operation is to increase pressure on Hamas to bring the hostages home and to dismantle its regime—both its military and political branches. The hostages are constantly in our thoughts. This is our top priority. Every soldier here, from the regional commander to the brigade leaders to the last soldier, understands this mission.”
“We are seeing results—above ground and below”
Defrin pointed to IDF activity in both the northern and southern parts of Gaza. “We’ve divided the area between Khan Yunis and Rafah. We are striking Hamas infrastructure. There have been significant achievements—both underground and above ground. We are disrupting Hamas’s chain of command and will continue to do so—frequently and consistently.”
“Hamas is under pressure—we will pursue them everywhere”
“Hamas is under pressure. We will hunt them down wherever they are—north Gaza, south Gaza, and even outside the Strip, anywhere they may be,” he concluded. “We won’t rest until we bring our hostages home—every single one of them, living and fallen alike.”
