Israeli forces operating under the Southern Command have intensified their efforts in Operation Chariots of Gideon’s, targeting Hamas and other terrorist factions in the Gaza Strip. Over the past 24 hours, the IDF eliminated dozens of militants and dismantled multiple terror sites using both air and ground forces.
Coordinated Assaults From the Field and Sky
Combat teams from Division 98 identified roughly ten Hamas operatives near their position. Following real-time intelligence from IDF Military Intelligence and the Shin Bet, forces responded with sniper fire and artillery shells, neutralizing the threat swiftly and effectively. The strike was one of several carried out across Gaza, as part of an ongoing effort to disrupt terror networks and prevent attacks on Israeli troops.

Air Force Delivers Precision Strikes on Militant Cells
Simultaneously, soldiers from Division 252 spotted five additional militants posing an immediate threat. They coordinated with the Israeli Air Force, directing aircraft to carry out a precision strike that eliminated the operatives on the ground. Throughout the day, the Air Force struck dozens of targets, including military structures, anti-tank positions, tunnel shafts, and armed combatants.
