At the same time, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is expected to visit Hungary, despite the arrest warrant issued against him by the International Criminal Court (ICC) following the war in Gaza. Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán has announced that Hungary will not honor the warrant and has publicly expressed support for Israel.

Netanyahu’s Visit to Hungary
Seeking international support, Netanyahu views Hungary as a key ally within the European Union, particularly due to its firm stance against the ICC’s policies.

The planned visit is expected to take place in the coming weeks and will be Netanyahu’s first visit to Europe since the warrant was issued. Hungary, considered one of Israel’s closest allies in the European Union, continues to serve as a strategic partner, defending Israel’s positions on the international stage.
