Israeli forces arrested four Israeli Arabs from the village of Reineh in the Galilee. The suspects are Majd Fakhah, Mustafa Fakhah, Ibrahim Fakhah, and Ibrahim Batsul. According to the revealed information, the four exploited their status as Israeli ID card holders to commit severe offenses related to aiding terrorism in the Judea and Samaria areas.
Surveillance and Financial Support for Terror
According to the investigation conducted by the ISA and the police, the suspects were involved in transferring information about the location of security forces in the Tubas area. They regularly monitored the forces and even assisted other operatives in evading them.

Additionally, Majd Fakhah is suspected of transferring tens of thousands of shekels for terrorist purposes, fully aware that the money would be used for terrorism. Some of the suspects also participated in armed processions in Judea and Samaria, carrying long-barreled rifles.

Exploiting Civilian Status
The suspects, whose families reside in the city of Tubas in Judea and Samaria, frequently entered the West Bank, taking advantage of their Israeli ID cards. Their status as Israeli citizens allowed them free movement and easy passage through checkpoints, facilitating the transfer of weapons and ammunition to operatives in the area.
After an intensive investigation, the Northern District Prosecutor’s Office filed severe indictments against the four suspects. An additional indictment is expected to be filed against another Israeli citizen from Ilut, who, according to the investigation, was also involved in weapons offenses.

A senior security official stressed the gravity of the acts:
“This is a serious case involving northern residents, citizens of the State of Israel, whose actions significantly aided terror elements in Judea and Samaria. Some suspects exploited their status as Israeli citizens, benefiting from freedom of movement due to marriages with Israeli residents.”
