The Libman family experienced a deeply emotional and hopeful moment today (Thursday) as they welcomed a new grandchild into the family. Eliyahu Libman, who lost his son Elyakim at the Nova Festival in Re’im, shared his joy on social media at this significant moment. Elyakim had served as a security guard and paramedic at the event, and saved many lives before he was killed in the ambulance area, leaving behind a legacy of selflessness and sacrifice.
New Life Amidst Loss
In a heartfelt post, Eliyahu Libman gave thanks, and shared that the newborn is the firstborn son of his daughter Oriya and her husband Yoav, who live in Mitzpe Ziv. He also expressed gratitude for the three other grandchildren born to the family since the October 7 massacre: the eldest grandchild Dovid, son to Elkana and Ruth, and the twin girls Nitzan and Neta, born to his daughter Emunah and her husband Hagai.
