Troy Miller, President and CEO of the NRB, the representative organization of approximately 1,200 evangelical broadcasting entities in the U.S., reaching over 100 million viewers, announced today (Monday) that at the NRB’s main conference starting tonight (Israel time) in Dallas, Texas, his organization (NRB) and the ACLI will make an official call to U.S. President Donald Trump to recognize the sovereignty of Judea and Samaria.
Means to Strengthen Christian Support for Israel
The official declaration is expected to be signed by over 3,000 leaders of evangelical Christian organizations from across the country, as well as around 1,200 executives, owners, and CEOs of evangelical broadcasting organizations in the U.S. The ACLI and NRB organizations, which support the ‘Biblical Truth’ and Israeli sovereignty, view this decision as a means to strengthen Christian support for Israel.
The Biblical Heart of Israel
The statement reads in part: “Whereas the modern Jewish presence and sovereignty over Jerusalem, Judea, and Samaria have brought tangible blessings to the land, as prophesied in scriptures—improving living standards, safeguarding religious freedoms and sites, preserving the history of the region, and enhancing the lives of all its inhabitants—therefore, the undersigned reaffirm the inalienable right of the Jewish people to the biblical heart of Israel and reject all attempts—both from the United States and the international community—to pressure the Jewish people to relinquish their ancestral homeland in Judea and Samaria.”
A Historic Moment
Yossi Dagan, Head of the Samaria Regional Council, thanked Troy Miller for his efforts towards settlement and said, “This is a historic moment; sovereignty must be applied now. It is clearer than ever that there will not be a better time to apply sovereignty in Judea and Samaria than from here on out. This is the right time historically; we have the right government in place, a supportive president in the U.S. like never before, and the Republican base supports Israel like never before.”
