IDF forces operating under the Southern Command, guided by the Intelligence Directorate and the Shin Bet (Israel Security Agency), have been operating intensly across the Gaza Strip in recent days. Fighter jets struck and destroyed the launcher used for firing rockets at Kissufim earlier this week, and terrorists planning sniper and anti-tank attacks on maneuvering Israeli forces were eliminated.

Over the past 48 hours, dozens of additional targets have been struck throughout Gaza — including anti-tank positions, weapons depots, underground infrastructure, and military buildings. The IDF emphasized that it will continue working to eliminate all threats to Israeli civilians, both above and below ground.

Four Humanitarian Aid Centers
At the same time, the construction of four central humanitarian aid distribution centers across Gaza has been completed. These centers are operated by international aid organizations, secured by American civilian contractors, and fully coordinated with the political echelon and the IDF.

Yesterday, two of the facilities — located in the Tel al-Sultan area and along the Morag route in Rafah — began operating, distributing food packages to thousands of families. The construction was managed in cooperation with the Southern Command and COGAT (Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories), with close oversight from the Gaza Humanitarian Fund and American representatives.

The IDF clarified that it will continue to facilitate the flow of vital humanitarian assistance to the residents of Gaza — while strictly ensuring that it does not fall into the hands of Hamas or be exploited for terrorist purposes.
