Israeli forces are intensifying their efforts against terrorist organizations throughout the Gaza Strip, under the guidance of Military Intelligence, Southern Command, and the Shin Bet. The forces are actively dismantling terrorist infrastructures and neutralizing militants.
Two Armed Terrorists Eliminated
Troops from the 252nd Division, operating in northern Gaza, killed two armed terrorists yesterday. The militants approached IDF forces and posed an immediate threat. Meanwhile, the 36th Division, stationed near Rafah and the “Morag” route, targeted a booby-trapped building where several terrorists were operating, posing a danger to the troops.
The 143rd Division (Gaza Division) continues operations in the southern part of the strip, destroying both above-ground and underground terrorist infrastructures.

Fallen Heroes: Sergeant Yishai Elyakim Urbach and Staff Sergeant Yam Fried
The IDF announced on Friday morning that Sergeant Yishai Elyakim Urbach, 20, from Zikhron Ya’akov, a combat engineer with the 605th Battalion of the “Barak” Brigade, and Staff Sergeant Yam Fried, 21, from Sal’it, a moshav in the West Bank. Fell in combat in southern Gaza.
During the battle in which Sgt. Orbach fell, two additional soldiers from the 605th Battalion sustained serious and moderate injuries. In the incident where Staff Sgt.Fried fell, a combat officer from the Golani Reconnaissance Unit, another officer, and a soldier from the 605th Battalion were seriously wounded. Additionally, a reservist from the Golani Reconnaissance Unit sustained moderate injuries.
