As tensions and division continue to grow between the Haredi sector and the general public, some voices are calling for unity, mutual responsibility, and solidarity. Shai Weiner, a 13-year-old Haredi child prodigy from Beit Shemesh, released his emotional debut song today (Sunday), dedicated to the orphans of the war and the heroes who gave their lives.

The music video was filmed in Kibbutz Kfar Aza, near the burned-down home of Nirale Zini and Niv Raviv z”l, and is dedicated to their memory.

Nirale and Niv z”l
Nirale Zini, 31, and Niv Raviv, 27, were murdered during the October 7, 2023 Hamas attack on Kibbutz Kfar Aza. Nirale had planned to propose to Niv, and the engagement ring he had bought was found in the ashes of their destroyed home. During the attack, Nirale managed to send one last message to his family: “They’re shooting at me. Pray.” That was the last they heard from him. Their bodies were discovered several days later, and the couple was buried together on Nirale’s birthday in the Netanya cemetery.
