Terrorists located in a Hamas command and control center in the Jabalia area were eliminated on Wednesday by the IDF and the ISA (Shin Bet). Among them was Shadi Diab Abd al-Hamid Falouji, a terrorist from Hamas’s East Jabalia Battalion, who was a participant in the brutal October 7 massacre.
In addition to Falouji, the following terrorists were also eliminated:
- Mohammad Sharif: A member of Hamas’s General Security apparatus who participated in the cynical “release” ceremony of captive female soldier Agam Berger.
- Mohammad Hani Atiya Daour: Head of a Hamas rocket and mortar squad; Hamas rocket fire is consistently indiscriminate, and regularly targets civilian populations.
- Mohammad Issa Mahmoud Askari: A member of the northern brigade rocket unit and an operative in Hamas’s General Security.
“Aerial Surveillance and Intelligence”
The IDF stated: “Prior to the strike, numerous steps were taken to mitigate harm to civilians including the use of aerial surveillance and additional intelligence.”
Israeli security officials also emphasized in their statement that Hamas systematically violates international law by using civilian institutions as human shields for terrorist activities.
