After a period of relative calm, the Air Force has resumed powerful operations in Lebanon. Fighter jets struck Hezbollah targets in the south of the country, including in the coastal city of Tyre, north of the Litani River. The strikes were carried out in response to this morning’s (Saturday) rocket fire at Metula, which was deemed a severe violation of the ceasefire.

Netanyahu and Katz Ordered a Strong Response
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Israel Katz ordered an intensification of the strikes, stating: “The Lebanese government is responsible for everything that happens within its territory. Israel will not allow harm to its sovereignty or its citizens—we will take every necessary step to ensure the security of the northern residents.”

We have an Exceptional Air Force
