Following several Hezbollah attacks yesterday (Thursday), in which Major (res.) Dozens of fighter jets are participating in the extensive and coordinated assault, targeting locations simultaneously in southern Lebanon and the Bekaa Valley.

About 100 Hezbollah launchers have been attacked, including hundreds of rocket launchers aimed at firing into Israel. Security sources told Reuters that this is one of the most extensive operations since the war began in October. It is noted that the strikes are still ongoing at this moment.

The IDF Spokesperson addressed the first wave of strikes in Lebanon yesterday evening (Thursday) in a statement: “Air Force fighter jets, guided by intelligence, struck about 30 launchers and Hezbollah military infrastructure, which contained around 150 launchers intended for immediate firing towards Israeli territory. In addition, military buildings and a weapons storage facility belonging to the organization were attacked in several areas in southern Lebanon. The IDF also launched artillery fire in the Al-Naqoura area. The IDF will continue to degrade Hezbollah\u2019s capabilities and harm the organization.”
