Defense Minister Yoav Gallant announced last night (Tuesday) that he paid a visit to one of the intelligence bases in northern Israel. During the visit, Gallant revealed that the operation that led to the assassination of a senior Hezbollah official, Fouad Shukar, was carried out from this base. Following the assassination, the terrorist organization’s secretary general, Hassan Nasrallah promised revenge also on Haniyah’s elimination in Iran.<\/p>\n
“I am now finishing a visit to one of the intelligence bases in the north of the country. It was from this place that the assassination of Hezbollah Chief of Staff Mohsin (Shukar’s nickname) was carried out.
