IDF Eliminates One of Hamas’s Founders<\/strong>
\nIsraeli security forces eliminated Hakham Muhammad Issa al-Issa overnight (Friday to Saturday), a terrorist\u00a0who served as a senior figure in the military wing of the terrorist organization Hamas and was considered one of the organization\u2019s founders. The elimination was carried out in a targeted IDF strike in the heart of the Sabra neighborhood in Gaza City, as part of the ongoing effort to close the circle around Hamas senior figures who played key roles in the October 7 massacre.<\/p>\n

A Key Figure in Hamas Leadership<\/strong>
\nAt the time of his elimination, Issa served as the head of combat and administrative support for the military wing and was also involved in rebuilding Hamas’s logistical systems that were damaged during the war. In the past, he led the organization’s force-building efforts, served as head of training headquarters, and held senior positions in Hamas\u2019s General Military Council.<\/p>\n

Responsible for Aerial and Naval Terror<\/strong>
\nAccording to the IDF and ISA (Shin Bet), Issa was behind the promotion of terror activities via air and sea against Israeli civilians and IDF soldiers operating in the Gaza Strip. Additionally, he was part of the team that planned and carried out the October 7 massacre, and was considered one of the key remaining sources of knowledge within Hamas\u2019s senior leadership in the Gaza Strip.<\/p>\n
