A total of 1,157,760 meals were handed out at three distribution sites and via direct delivery to communities. As is known, food distribution undermines Hamas&#8217;s governance, and its control over the population continues to erode as a result.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Distribution Sites<\/strong><br \/>\nIn Tel al-Sultan, five food trucks delivered 4,800 boxes\u2014equivalent to approximately 277,200 meals.<\/p>\n<p>In the Saudi neighborhood, four trucks distributed 3,840 boxes\u2014roughly 221,760 meals.<\/p>\n<p>In Wadi Gaza, nine food trucks delivered 8,640 boxes\u2014about 498,960 meals.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_26124\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-26124\" style=\"width: 800px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-26124 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/reganews.co.il\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/2-54-1024x682.webp\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" srcset=\"https:\/\/reganews.co.il\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/2-54-1024x682.webp 1024w, https:\/\/reganews.co.il\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/2-54-300x200.webp 300w, https:\/\/reganews.co.il\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/2-54-768x512.webp 768w, https:\/\/reganews.co.il\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/2-54-1536x1023.webp 1536w, https:\/\/reganews.co.il\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/2-54.webp 1600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-26124\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">IDF forces operating in Gaza | Photo: IDF Spokesperson\u2019s Unit<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The distribution at all three locations was completed without incident, while IDF forces operated nearby to secure the new aid centers and prevent Hamas from seizing the supplies. As the IDF Spokesperson stated last week: \u201cThe plan is proving itself and succeeding. The residents understand that Hamas is trying to block them from receiving aid. These trucks carried 10,560 boxes\u2014enough for approximately 609,840 meals.<\/p>\n<p>GHF is now reviewing the success of this direct-to-community pilot and will determine whether to continue with this method. At the same time, the foundation is evaluating and refining its distribution model to maximize the number of people receiving aid.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Total meals distributed to date: approximately 10,109,902 meals via around 168,480 boxes.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1.6 Million Meals<\/strong><br \/>\nJohn Acree, GHF\u2019s acting CEO, stated: \u201cI\u2019m proud of our team for once again delivering aid\u20141.6 million meals to the Palestinian people\u2014without a single injury or incident at any of our sites. We continue to adapt and improve our work to ensure the safety of the Palestinian people we serve. Recently, we opened a route exclusively for women and children to ensure they receive the aid they need. And today, we tested direct-to-community distribution.
