It has now been 611 days since October 7. Today (Sunday), the Population and Immigration Authority published the birth statistics in Israel since the outbreak of the war. During this period, 292,239 babies were born across the country.<\/p>\n
The highest monthly birth count was recorded in October 2024\u2014exactly one year after the start of the war\u2014with 16,627 births. Close behind was August 2024, which saw 16,402 births. By contrast, May 2025 registered the lowest number of births during this period: just 10,307.<\/p>\n
