For the first time, the police have succeeded in disqualifying contractors from participating in government tenders\u2014a legal and operational breakthrough.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Intelligence Moves into Action<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Investigations and Intelligence Division launched covert operations to substantiate suspicions that criminal organizations were penetrating the government tender system through registered contractors, who help them take control of public projects. One of them\u2014a well-known contracting firm\u2014petitioned the Administrative Court in Tel Aviv.
