During the visit, the general toured Gaza border communities, visited Israel\u2019s defense industries, and met with Israeli Air Force Commander, Major General Tomer Bar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Training Center for German UAV Operators<\/strong><br \/>\nGerhartz also visited Tel Nof Airbase, where he toured the \u201cRed Baron\u201d Squadron\u2014a joint Israeli-German unit that serves as a training center for German UAV operators.
