The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced Friday morning that Israeli Air Force jets and helicopters will conduct training flights over Jerusalem in the coming days, ahead of the central aerial flyover planned for Israel\u2019s Memorial Day.<\/p>\n

Intensive Aerial Activity Expected Over the Capital<\/strong>
\nAccording to the IDF Spokesperson\u2019s Unit, the training exercises will take place during daylight hours and will involve increased aerial activity across the Jerusalem area, including low-flying fighter jets and helicopters. The rehearsals are intended to ensure the accuracy and safety of the official Memorial Day flyover.

The IDF emphasized that these are routine pre-scheduled drills and not related to any security incident. However, due to the high visibility of aircraft in the skies, some public concern or confusion may arise.<\/p>\n

Drone Ban in Sensitive Areas<\/strong>
\nAs a precaution, the public is strongly advised not to operate drones in sensitive areas of the city during the flights. Restricted zones include Mount Herzl, the Pilots\u2019 Memorial, and the President\u2019s Residence.<\/p>\n
