Gen. Eyal Zamir conducted a field tour and operational assessment on Sunday in the Syrian sector. He was accompanied by Northern Command Commander Maj. Gen. Ori Gordin, Brig. Gen. Yair Palai, and other senior commanders.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"608\" data-end=\"652\"><strong data-start=\"612\" data-end=\"650\">Defense and Offense Plans Approved<br \/>\n<\/strong>During the visit, Lt. Gen. We entered here because Syria collapsed. That\u2019s why we\u2019re holding key positions and standing at the forefront\u2014to defend ourselves in the best way possible.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1178\" data-end=\"1189\">He added: \u201cFrom this location, you can see everything that\u2019s happening along the ridge\u2014this is a strategic point.
