Situated along one of the world\u2019s most important flyways, Israel becomes a spectacular corridor of avian activity\u2014especially during this peak season.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Jewish National Fund (JNF), the migration is now in full swing. During the daytime hours, observers throughout the country can expect to spot large species like storks, pelicans, cranes, and birds of prey gliding overhead.<\/p>\n<p>These remarkable birds are capable of covering between 300 to 500 kilometers per day, depending on wind and weather conditions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A Season Full of Surprises<br \/>\n<\/strong>JNF field teams at Hula Lake Park have been hard at work preparing the area for migrating and nesting birds.
