Following Israel\u2019s military strikes on multiple Hamas targets across Gaza, mediators proposed today (Tuesday) that the terrorist organization release several Israeli hostages in exchange for an immediate ceasefire, according to a report from Saudi-based Al Arabiya.<\/p>\n

The ongoing negotiations, conducted through international mediators, focus on securing a temporary agreement that would halt the fighting in Gaza for the time being.<\/p>\n

Israel\u2019s Clear Position to Mediators<\/strong>
\nAccording to the report, Israel has made it clear that it will not agree to a ceasefire at this stage. Israeli officials emphasized to mediators that there will be no halt to military operations without the full release of all hostages. The negotiations, which have been ongoing for several days, have yet to yield a definitive agreement, and progress remains slow.<\/p>\n
