As naval commander, he played a key role in smuggling weapons via maritime routes and planned Hezbollah terrorist operations in Israeli waters.<\/p>\n<p>His terrorist activities continued despite the ceasefire between Israel and Lebanon, prompting the Israeli Air Force to successfully eliminate him with stealthy precision while he was in his vehicle today.<\/p>\n<p>Al-Hisham\u2019s elimination marks a significant blow to Hezbollah\u2019s operational capabilities, particularly in its maritime activities.
