\nThe Defense Minister thanked the American administration for its commitment to the strong alliance with Israel and for accelerating the delivery of weapons and security equipment. During the conversation, Katz presented Israel’s position that maximum pressure must be applied to Iran, including the possibility of military action if diplomatic efforts fail.<\/p>\n

The two agreed that Iran poses a threat not only to Israel but to the stability of the entire region.
