\nDuring his visit, Rubio emphasized the Trump administration\u2019s unwavering commitment to securing the release of hostages held by Hamas. “President Trump has made it clear that the hostages must be freed, and we are working closely with the Israeli government to ensure that happens\u2014this is a moral obligation,” Rubio stated.<\/p>\n

Hamas Cannot Govern Gaza<\/strong>
\nRubio further declared, “Hamas cannot continue to rule Gaza\u2014it must be completely eradicated.” He also highlighted the broader regional threat posed by Iran, stating, “Iran is the primary source of instability in the region.
