According to the lawsuit, the Palestinian Authority is directly responsible for funding terror, having transferred hundreds of millions of shekels annually to terrorists and their families, including those involved in some of the deadliest attacks against Israelis.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Palestinian Authority Encouraged and Supported Terror Attacks<\/strong><br \/>\nThe lawsuit explicitly accuses the PA of having \u201cinitiated, supported, and encouraged acts of terror\u201d against Israeli civilians. We must also combat terror in the legal arena, cutting off its financial lifelines and securing justice for victims and their families.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The defendants named in the lawsuit are the Palestinian Authority and Hamas.
