Two of the wounded are in critical condition. The terrorist was neutralized by security forces present at the scene. Initial investigations indicate that the assailant managed to infiltrate a military zone, attack soldiers, and was subsequently shot and killed by security personnel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Terrorist Breached Military Compound<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The terrorist reportedly managed to enter a military compound where soldiers were stationed. Inside the compound, he opened fire at the troops, leading to several minutes of gunfire exchanges before security forces successfully neutralized him, according to a report by military correspondent, Doron Kadosh.<\/p>\n<p>Magen David Adom (MDA) emergency responder Shai Igner, who arrived at the attack scene, recounted: &#8220;I arrived and heard additional gunfire at the site. Once the shooting stopped, I provided initial medical treatment to the wounded, and more teams arrived shortly after.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The village of Taysir is part of the &#8220;Pentagon of Villages,&#8221; an area where the IDF has been operating as part of its counterterror mission in northern Samaria in recent days. The unit uncovered weapons, including an M-16 rifle and magazines.
