Witkoff pledged to \u201cdisrupt\u201d the reconstruction of northern Gaza and delay the placement of caravans in the northern areas near the Israeli border until an agreement is reached that ensures the security of Israeli residents living in the Gaza border communities.<\/p>\n

The report also claims that there is an American plan that includes security projects funded by Gulf states to create a buffer zone between the Gaza Strip and Israeli communities near the border. This initiative aims to prevent Hamas militants in the area from posing a threat to Israeli civilians.<\/p>\n

Trump\u2019s Middle East envoy urged Netanyahu to sign the agreement, emphasizing that the Trump administration aims to encourage the migration of Gaza residents to neighboring countries. To increase motivation for relocation, the reconstruction process in Gaza will be deliberately slowed down, making northern Gaza uninhabitable.<\/p>\n
