This morning (Monday), the IDF Spokesperson announced the tragic death of Staff Sergeant Major (Res.) Evyatar Ben Yehuda, 31, from Nitzan in the Gaza border area. He was killed during an operational mission in northern Samaria, while four other soldiers, including the commander of Battalion 8211, were injured. The commander was evacuated to a hospital for medical treatment, and his family has been notified.
