The rains across the country and the winter weather are impacting road conditions this morning (Tuesday). Two lanes on Route 1 towards Jerusalem, near the Ben Gurion Airport Interchange, were blocked in the morning due to flooding, and police arrived at the scene to direct traffic.<\/p>\n
On Route 90, from the Lido Junction to the Ein Feshkha Junction in both directions, there are intermittent closures due to flash floods and washouts on the road. Additionally, entry to the riverbeds of the Judean Desert and the Dead Sea is prohibited due to the risk of flooding.<\/p>\n
Rain is expected to continue, with the risk of flooding<\/strong><\/p>\n The weather is expected to remain partly cloudy, with rain from the north of the country to the Negev, accompanied by light thunderstorms. Until the afternoon, there is a slight risk of flooding on the coastal plain and flash floods in the riverbeds of the Judean Desert and the Dead Sea.
