Moshe Chaim Cohen, an Israel Railways security guard and MDA volunteer paramedic, was on site and used an EpiPen from the station&#8217;s available medical kit.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Testimony of the Life-Saving Guard <\/strong><br \/>\n&#8220;I was on the scene and immediately recognized signs of a severe allergic attack,&#8221; Cohen recounted. &#8220;I administered the medication, and the man\u2019s condition improved within minutes.
