Due to the situation in the north, the team was hosted at the newly inaugurated training complex. Maccabi Haifa CEO Itzik Ovadia said: “We are deeply grateful to the Hadera Municipality and Hapoel Hadera for their warm hospitality. At the start of the week, following changes to the safety guidelines from Haifa and northward, Maccabi Haifa officials contacted Yakir Schwartz of Hapoel Hadera to request the use of the new training facility, which was inaugurated just a few months ago. Schwartz passed the request to Ela Bear, the head of the Municipal Sports Department, who received approval from Mayor Nir Ben Haim to host the Haifa team and allow them to train in Hadera.<\/p>\n
Given the situation, the Hadera Municipality provided Haifa with access to the facility and support staff, while Hapoel Hadera supplied the training equipment, allowing Maccabi Haifa to maintain a sense of routine and continue training as usual.<\/p>\n

From the very first moment we reached out, we were met with open ears, wide hearts, and proper support. The coaching staff and players from Haifa were highly impressed with the new training complex in Hadera, which was inaugurated less than a year ago at a cost of around 62 million shekels.
